Reservation Policy

By making a reservation at Vergina Hotel, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this Reservation Policy. The following terms and conditions govern the reservation, payment, modification, and cancellation of your stay.

Reservation Confirmation

A reservation is considered confirmed once Vergina Hotel has issued and sent a Reservation Confirmation.

Depending on the selected rate plan, a deposit and/or a valid credit or debit card guarantee may be required. Any applicable payment or guarantee requirements will be communicated prior to the completion of the booking and will be stated in the Reservation Confirmation.

Rates and Payment

All rates are quoted in Euros (€), are charged per room, per night, and include VAT and all applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

The Climate Crisis Resilience Fee is not included in the accommodation rate and is payable separately in accordance with applicable Greek legislation.

Payment for your stay shall be made in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the Reservation Confirmation.

Reservation Modifications

Requests to modify an existing reservation are subject to availability at the time the request is received.

Changes to the dates of stay, room type, or number of guests may result in a change to the applicable rate and the total reservation amount.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary according to the selected rate plan. The applicable cancellation policy will be displayed before the booking is completed and will also be included in the Reservation Confirmation.

Reservations made under a Non-Refundable rate are not eligible for a refund in the event of cancellation, modification, or failure to arrive (No Show).

In the event of a No Show, the applicable charges and conditions associated with the reservation will apply.

Early Departure

In the event of an early departure, the applicable reservation terms and the hotel’s policy in effect at the time of departure shall apply.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in and check-out times are stated in the Reservation Confirmation and on the Vergina Hotel website.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Special Requests

Guests are encouraged to communicate any special requests at the time of booking.

While Vergina Hotel will make every reasonable effort to accommodate such requests, they are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

General Terms

Vergina Hotel reserves the right to amend or update this Reservation Policy at any time where necessary to comply with changes in applicable legislation or operational requirements.

The terms and conditions in effect at the time the reservation is made shall apply to each booking.
