Covid-19

Dear visitors,

We closely monitor the COVID-19 updates and meticulously follow the instructions set by both the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Hellenic National Health Organization (EODY).

Based on government orders and instructions, we will open safely and receive visitors for arrivals starting on June 1, 2020, with the strict hygiene standards set, to ensure a safe, healthy and welcoming environment.

Our staff has been trained for Covid-19 and for all the necessary procedures in order to create a safe environment for our guests.Hand sanitizers are installed in all public areas, including lobbies, restaurants and reception desks, in shared bathrooms and offices.We provide disposable masks and gloves to guests and staff according to instructions.We carry out cleaning and disinfection in all public areas and especially the elevators, with increased frequency, with special emphasis on the points of frequent contact.

We have placed special signs in all public areas, notifying guests to keep their distance, to wear masks and to use hand sanitizers. Our hotel was prepared for the safety of the health of our guests, according to the instructions of EODY, creating a special management team of suspicious case Covid-19 and collaborating with a network of doctors to prevent and suppress any emergency medical event during their stay.

Finally, based on the Greek legislation but also according to the instructions of EODY, a file is kept that is kept in our hotel under our responsibility, for all the persons who stay or have stayed in it and in particular: No. Room, name, nationality, date of arrival and departure, contact details (address, phone, email) either belongs to our guests or to our partners, to detect contacts in case of an accident.

Reception

We proceeded to change the Check Out hours until 11.00 am. and Check In from 3.00 pm, so that the rooms can be properly prepared. We have adopted the digital information and data collection of the guests, the contactless transactions as well as the electronic sending of documents. We proceeded to special markings for the observance of safety distances. We placed Plexiglass (Polycarbonate Material) in the Reception. We provide disinfectant liquid, masks and disposable gloves upon arrival of guests. Frequent and meticulous disinfection of frequent contact surfaces and all items received or delivered to guests.
Rooms 

We removed the printed material and replaced it with digital media, we removed the additional clothing. We disinfected the air conditioner filters according to the manufacturer’s instructions and set them in non-recirculating air mode. We perform ventilation, cleaning and meticulous disinfection in all rooms upon departure, using appropriate and approved cleaning and disinfecting materials and equipment (UV-C UV lighting and steam cleaners), with special emphasis on frequent contact points (headboards, baths, sinks, toilets, faucets, knobs, hair dryers, controls (especially in the controls we place disposable covers), telephone sets, thermostats, refrigerators, kettles, coffee makers, safe boxes, irons, ironing boards, sockets, switches, handrails, armchairs, etc.), while during your stay, room cleaning and change of clothing is by arrangement.
Restaurant 

In the restaurant, the approach to the buffet by the guests, is done with the use of protective mask and disposable gloves, while the prescribed distances are observed both between the people and between the table seats (2m). At the same time we meticulously disinfect the table seats with appropriate disinfectants after each use and at the same time cover the tables with disposable tablecloths. 

Other Departments

 We changed the layout of the furniture to ensure the social distance, at the same time we optimized the cleaning and disinfection instructions for all our sections with increased cleaning and disinfection actions behind closed doors and finally, we applied a visitor ceiling in all sections. 

At the same time we should point out that:  We support contactless Check In & Check Out transactions. It is possible to choose the frequency and the way of cleaning the rooms. In these ways we can assure you that we are ready to welcome you to our facilities with the greatest possible safety.
